Sugar Cookie Protein Reese’s
This might be my favorite no-bake holiday treat yet. These sugar cookie protein Reese's taste like a cross between classic peanut butter cups and buttery sugar cookies… And somehow they’re packed with protein. They’re festive, easy to make, and honestly perfect to have around the house for a simple holiday treat on a busy day.
Ingredients (makes 12):
⅔ cup vanilla protein (vegan recommended)
⅓ cup stevia (or sugar of choice)
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract (optional but recommended)
1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (only if needed to bring dough together)
Festive sprinkles
¼ cup melted white chocolate chips (to drizzle or coat)
How to Make It:
Mix all ingredients except almond milk, sprinkles, and chocolate until a thick dough forms.
Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time if the mixture feels too dry.
Press dough into muffin molds or silicone cups.
Drizzle or spread with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Macros (per serving): 140 cal | 10g protein | 8g carbs | 7g fat
Note: Macros vary depending on protein brand, chocolate, and topping choices.
An easy treat to make ahead, store in the fridge, and enjoy when that holiday craving hits. They taste indulgent but feel balanced, and I’ll be making these all season long.
