Maple S'mores Protein Bars
These bars were born from my love of maple, a flavor I TRULY believe is underrated.
With gooey marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs, they bring all the cozy fall camping vibes in dessert form. And since they’re no-bake, they’re as easy as it gets.
Ingredients (makes 9):
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup stevia (or coconut sugar)
3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp maple extract
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup protein powder (vegan works best)
¼ cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup chocolate chips
Optional: splash of almond milk or water to bring the dough together
Optional toppings: extra melted chocolate, mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers
How to Make It:
Mix peanut butter, sweeteners, extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, then fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Add a splash of almond milk if needed to help the dough come together.
Press into a lined 8x8 pan.
Top with extra chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows if desired.
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until set.
Slice into 9 bars.
Macros (per bar): 160 cal | 10g protein | 11g carbs | 8g fat
Note: As always, macros will vary depending on the exact ingredients used.
Sweet, chewy, and full of texture, these are the kind of bars you keep in the fridge and look forward to every night.
