Even though Thanksgiving is tomorrow, I’m already in full holiday mode! I mean let’s be real, I have felt like this since November 1st LOL/ The tree is up, lights are twinkling, and I’m craving all the cozy flavors, especially chocolate. These hot chocolate cookie dough bites are exactly what I needed to kick off the season.

They’re soft, rich, and take just five minutes to stir together. No baking required. Perfect as a sweet bite after dinner or a quick boost before a workout.

Hot Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients (makes 14 bites):

  • ⅓ cup (85g) natural peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp (63g) honey

  • ¼ cup (48g) stevia

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp (12g) hot cocoa mix

  • ¼ cup (28g) vegan protein powder (preferably chocolate)

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings: melted chocolate, marshmallows, sprinkles (not included in macros)

How to Make It:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.

  2. Roll into 14 equal-sized bites.

  3. Chill for 10–15 minutes until firm.

  4. Optional: top with melted chocolate and sprinkles before chilling for extra holiday flavor.
