5-Ingredient PB Blossom Cookies
I’ve always been a sucker for PB Blossom cookies every single Christmas. They’re perfect, bite-sized, and dangerously easy to eat a dozen of. 😂
A few years back, I decided to give this classic a little Snackin’ twist — made it healthier, simpler, and kept all the nostalgic goodness. And now, it’s our go-to cookie every holiday season.
These are fool-proof, five-ingredient, crowd-pleasing cookies that never miss. Ryan and I make a batch almost weekly in December. You’ve been warned.
Ingredients (makes 18):
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup stevia (or regular sugar — but macros below use stevia)
1 egg
⅓ cup vanilla vegan protein powder
18 Hershey’s Kisses
How to Make It:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients (except Kisses) in a bowl.
Roll into 18 balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are just set.
Immediately press one Kiss into each warm cookie.
Let cool fully so the chocolate holds its shape and stays glossy.
Macros (per cookie, makes 18):

Note: Macros based on stevia, natural PB, vegan protein, and Hershey’s Kisses. Adjust based on your ingredients.
These are perfect for cookie exchanges, sweet little gifts, or just curling up with a cozy plate for yourself. If you’ve never made a healthier version of this holiday classic, I promise you won’t miss the original.
